Privacy Policy
Kinetiq collects the minimum personal data needed to match, coach and protect you - and treats your health data as yours, not ours. This policy explains it in plain language, in line with Singapore's PDPA.
1. What we collect
Account and contact data: name, WhatsApp number, email. Matching data: your quiz and onboarding answers (goals, schedule, venue, experience). Service data: bookings, package and payment records (payment card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored by Kinetiq).
Health and fitness data: with your consent, measurements such as body-composition scans, photos, strength benchmarks and session notes recorded as part of your coaching. This is sensitive data and is treated with additional care.
2. How we use it
To deliver the service: matching you with coaches, scheduling, payments and progress tracking. To improve coaching: your coach sees your training record so sessions start informed.
With separate, explicit consent only: (a) anonymised, aggregated use of outcome data to compute platform statistics and coach rankings; (b) use of your progress story or images in marketing. You can decline either without affecting your service, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Who sees what
Your coach sees your profile, goals and training record. Other clients see nothing about you. Employers funding corporate credits see aggregate, anonymised reporting only - never your individual data. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers (hosting, payments, messaging) process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
4. Marketing and the DNC registry
We send marketing messages only with consent, and we honour opt-outs immediately. Where required, Singapore telephone numbers are checked against the Do Not Call registry before any marketing call or message.
5. Retention and your rights
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Progress records can be exported in a portable format before deletion.
