You buy a package
Your payment goes into the Kinetiq escrow account - not to the trainer, not spent by us. It sits protected, and you can see your balance at any time.
You train
After each completed session, exactly one session's worth of funds is released to your coach. They get paid for work delivered; nothing more moves.
Anything goes wrong
Coach leaves the platform? Injured? You relocate? Your remaining balance is refundable, or we re-match you and honour every session at the same terms.
You renew on proof
Before your package ends you see your full measured progress. You only ever buy the next block after seeing the data from the last one.

5-working-day cooling-off
Full refund within five working days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. This matches what CaseTrust-accredited prepaid businesses commit to - we just start there from day one.
Good-Fit Guarantee
If your first session with a coach is not the right fit, that session is refunded and we match you with another coach. Your assessment data moves with you, so you never start from zero.
Unused sessions, refundable
Remaining sessions in your package hold their value. If circumstances change and re-matching does not work for you, the unused balance comes back to you.
Verified coaches only
Every coach is identity-checked and credential-verified before they are listed, and stays accountable to platform measurement and session-linked reviews.
